Setting up Hyperwallet to receive your payments

Step 1: Activate Your Account

  1. Check Your Email – After completing your first job, you’ll receive an activation email from Hyperwallet.

    • Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within 24 hours.

  2. Can’t find the activation email?

    • Go to illuno.hyperwallet.com.

    • Click “Activate My Account.”

    • Use the same information listed in the Finance tab of your illuno app to complete setup.

  3. Once logged in, you can update any personal or payment details directly within Hyperwallet.

Note: illuno does not have access to your Hyperwallet account. All account management is handled securely by Hyperwallet (a PayPal company).

Step 2: Add Your Bank Account

You can transfer your Pay Portal balance to any verified bank account in your country.

  1. Log in to your Hyperwallet Pay Portal.

  2. Click Transfer → Add New Transfer Method → Bank Account.

  3. Select your bank from the drop-down list.

  4. Log into your bank account (ensure pop-ups are enabled).

    • You can connect automatically by signing into your bank, or

    • Manually enter your Routing Number, Account Number, Bank Name, and Account Type (Checking or Savings).

  5. Review your details and click Save & Verify.

Step 3: Transfer Funds to Your Bank Account

Once your bank account is registered:

  1. Click Transfer → Action → Transfer to Bank Account.

  2. Select an option from the From dropdown panel.

  3. Enter the amount you’d like to transfer and (optionally) add a personal note.

  4. Click Continue, review your details, then click Confirm.

Note: Bank transfers typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

Step 4: Set Up Auto Transfer (Optional)

If you’d like your earnings automatically deposited into your bank account:

  1. Go to Transfer → Action → Create Auto Transfer.

  2. Choose your Transfer Period (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly).

  3. Specify the date for recurring transfers.

  4. Choose your destination account and select what percentage of funds to transfer.

    • If you have multiple transfer methods, you can allocate percentages to each.

    • For multi-currency payments, click More Options to select currencies.

  5. Click Save and Confirm.

Once enabled, funds will automatically transfer to your selected bank account after each payout—no manual action required.

Hyperwallet uses industry-standard encryption and two-factor authentication to protect your data.
If you receive any suspicious or fraudulent communication claiming to be from Hyperwallet or illuno, do not click any links — report it immediately.
