Most verification issues happen when an officer accidentally creates more than one ID.me account—don’t worry, this is easy to fix.
✅ Step 1: Go to illuno
Visit app.illuno.com and log in.
👤 Step 2: Complete Your “Verify Officer Status” Task
In your dashboard:
Click Verify Officer Status
Follow the prompts to verify your law-enforcement status through ID.me
Once complete, you’ll be returned to illuno and your account will automatically update to Approved
If everything works normally, you’re all set.
❌ 🛠 Step 3: If You Can Log In but Still Can’t Complete the Task
This usually means you have multiple ID.me accounts.
To fix it:
Go to ID.me Support
Submit a ticket with this message:
“I believe I have multiple ID.me accounts and need them merged or deleted.”
ID.me will merge or remove the extra accounts
After they resolve it, return to your illuno dashboard and complete your verification task
