Complete your setup tasks in the dashboard — when they're all done, your account is automatically Approved. Anything still outstanding is holding up approval.

Your setup tasks can include: verify with ID.me (this is also how you sign in), set up how you get paid, complete your tax form, take a selfie, upload credentials (in some states), and agree to the off-duty code of conduct policy.

illuno sets you up as either a W2 employee or a 1099 contractor based on your location — your dashboard shows which. W2 employees onboard through ADP (payroll, direct deposit, and a W-4). 1099 contractors set up Hyperwallet and submit a W-9. You'll only see the steps that apply to you.

Officers sign in with ID.me — there's no separate illuno password. Forgot it? Reset it at id.me. If the app won't load or keeps looping, close and reopen it, or sign in at app.illuno.com.
