✅ Step 1: Complete Your ID.me Verification
ID.me is how we verify your law enforcement status.
Verify with ID.me in your illuno dashboard.
Follow the prompts.
Once verification is complete, you’ll automatically return to illuno.

⚠️ If you’re currently on a waitlist, you won’t be able to complete your ID.me verification yet. You’ll be removed from the waitlist automatically once jobs are scheduled within 10 days in your area.
💰 Step 2: Set Up Your Hyperwallet Account
Hyperwallet is our secure payment partner — this is how you’ll receive your earnings.
Complete your Hyperwallet task in your illuno dashboard.
Once your setup is complete, the task will automatically disappear from your setup list in your dashboard.
After you complete your first shift, you’ll receive an email from Hyperwallet with instructions on how to collect your payment.

🧾 Step 3: Submit Your W-9 Form
1099 Officers working on illuno are required to submit a valid W-9 for tax purposes.
Click Complete W-9 in your dashboard.
Enter your personal information.
Submit the form electronically — no need to upload a paper copy.
Your W-9 will be securely stored and used to generate your annual 1099.
📸 Step 4: Upload a Selfie
In some states, we require a quick selfie to confirm your identity.
Open the Upload Selfie task in your dashboard.
Make sure the photo is clear, well-lit, and shows your full face.
Once uploaded, this will complete your identity confirmation step.
🎉 You’re All Set!
Once all your set up tasks are complete — ID.me, Hyperwallet, W-9, and Selfie, —your account will automatically move to Approved status.
You’ll then be able to view and accept available jobs in your area directly from the illuno app.
💡 Tip: If you see any outstanding setup tasks, please complete them for account approval.
